This campaign calls on the target audience (users of the night-time economy) to do the right thing and take action if they see something that is overtly crime related of is just suspicious. The communication is underpinned by the message “We Are Here” emphasising that hotspot policing is taking place.
This communicates that members of the public may not see police officers but confirms that they are currently carrying out plain clothes and uniformed activities and if you call out crime or suspicious behaviour this will be reacting upon.
